The highest price ever paid for a Boston parking spot at 48 Commonwealth Ave. Sold to a resident of an adjacent brownstone that has multimillion-dollar condos but little parking. Located in an alleyway behind the building, the $300,000 spot features detailed red-and-white brickwork that matches the structure’s renovated 19th century exterior.
